How much in grams does the guts of a Dutch Masters or similar cigarillo weigh on its own?

I'm going to remove all the tobacco without splitting the blunt wrap then I was going to stuff it with weed with a filter at the end. I want to pack it fat but don't want to grind up too much weed.

I believe this is called "freaking" or similar. I believe you want a black n mild for that.

Just get a razor or a steak knife and start trying to roll swishers. Some people even tear them in a pinch :D to roll with swishers.
"Swisher minis" are my favorite, good ole' "sweet" in the red foil.

Rolling is easy once you learn to *squeeze* the weed, tuck, and let friction keep it rolled.
You can throw some RYO tobacco in a grinder to have something to practice with.
Blunts are easier to roll than joints imho.

For a beginner remember "squeeze, tuck, friction", and when cutting wraps; don't kink them. Bread knives or fresh razors are good for beginners.

Rolling is like driving a manual, starting a carbureted engine, or swimming for Christ sake.

Just roll dude. Grind up some RYO tobacco and practice.
On Christmas break alone, I can smoke 30 blunts no problem.....
