How much uvb

Gonna try uvb this time around, from what I've read up on im not find any consistent watts and durations, its kind of a mixed bag, I was thinking 80w 2hrs per day in the last 2hrs before lights out..for the whole flower stage..is this about accurate?

My led has 40 watts of uv integrated into the unit.

The plants get uv all day long.

But it needs to be the right uv...uvb is what you need not uva and uvc will kill your plant
