How often do you switch strains?

I always have a few on hand, but I find myself always leaning heavy on one, I rotate strains once a month on average.

old thread so I don’t want to reply directly to some comments but the comment about gld tiger was interesting, I love to hear a brief story of how strong a strain is. Made me want to try if i could just to show that im not built to be effected by sativas.

infact GG4 is a strain that hits me the hardest, wedding cake dabs were killer. all indicas. people dont like the tiredness but different personalities, im slower paced naturally and enjoy laying back. sativas great for productive activities.

hybrids I see a lot of crap talked here about them but they as described are in between effects of both, they can hit hard it just depends overall terp and cannabinoid profile as i am trying to descibe.

then theres profile, gmo hits me hard in flower but in dab or rosin form, zero effects. was scratching my head thinking paying extra was worth it.

i switch strains to go from 30% to 15% to shed thc to bring more out of each smoke without having to physically change any quantities smoked, just notice a taper from comprimising by reaching “desired effects” vs “ getting as high as you can” .

only if its indica, muddy drunken feeling off low thc is this possible without any stress from cutting something potent, back some.

me getting off on sativa is through dabs or fat joint since its all heady and quickly becomes this weak buzz that is gone in 15 mins. ive had SSHaze west coast sour D , sour D green crack, maui, tellin ya, had many, it just don’t hit.

cutting back or not I like to smoke a few different kinds daily depending on what the day brings but indica for sure.

Will say the strongest shit i loan for, dont even know all the details of what it was, just frosty rock hard medical product that just keeps reminding me of elmers glue, the plant matter just hard and frosty and the smoke was tastey and just tore your lungs up, urge to cough 10/10. thats my cut on “shit i dont find easily that was killer.”

You really should try to pick up some 100% sativa from a reputable organic grower.
Most smokers are too young to remember them. There's a reason the word 'Kind' was associated with herb. :)
Can you recommend any sativa sources that have strains that I could finish successfully outdoors by late October, or early November? I have some stuff from Kingdom Of Organic Seeds I will be trying, that are 90% sativa and will finish in 11 weeks or so.

i switch every day or 2. i have never taken a break as it is against my religion. you can take my weed when you pry it from my cold dead hands!

we didn't understand about tolerance way back when. we just knew that if you smoked the same thing for a month, you were not getting that great high we loved so much. i dealt weed and knew others who did the same so i usually had 2 or 3 different genetics. once i started growing full time, i never had a tolerance problem again.

been toking since 1970 and i vape a 10th, and get a lovely buzz. but of course i usually vape .25 to wake and bake. being retired means never having to wonder if i should get high. of course i should! The Beatles - I Am The Walrus (Official Video) - YouTube
