Well,
If you don't want to drill holes in the ceiling (I would, then spakle them) then you can make a stand...

Yeah, its really easy.

When I moven into college housing I had a dart board, and being young and drunk we would miss. When we moved out we freaked thinking we loose our security deposit.

The story is pointless, but what I'm getting to is that it is super easy to use.

sand the hole to smoth it out, using a putty knife-spread on the spakle, sand, and viola.

I assume you don't want to drill holes in the roof because you rent... I can tell you its okay, they paint when you leave so you can't tell after a coat.

It takes five mintes to do, and the supplies cost $3 total.

Good luck :peace:

If you are going to hang something heavy from the roof make sure that you attach it to the studs in your roof. Drywall alone will not hold the weight. Godd luck. :peace:

it will take way less time to fill a couple holes than build a stand. and i would recomend taking that complete unit apart and getting the ballast out of the grow room. those things get to hot

i was thinking about seperating the ballast from the the light cuz' then it would be easier to hang but if i do the 5year warranty is void!

try it first but i havn`t seen one yet that wasn`t to hot. loose warranty or loose your crop? iether way you will loose something. some of those things dont work unless they are level also.never actualy seen one that was switchable or is your bulb switchable

wow dont know what the regular lights are priced like around you but i would never pay that much for a light. i can get a 600 watt digital switchable ballast for 160 bucks and a bulb for 40 bucks. used vented hood 4x4 50 bucks. but i have noticed that bc is alot cheaper than other places.

do you have a link to the store or the light set up you bought. mabee if i saw it i may have an idea to be of better help

just get sum lumber and make a stand and drill in to the lumber just like drillin into a stud or youcan drill the stud inthe roof at the stud points this way you can positon nywhere on the wood so you are not guessing or out of postion due to the stud placemnt of yor roof
