How to feed nutrients to plant

Do I feed at 50% strength for one feed then continue with regular pH balanced water feedings without nutrients or should I continue feeding the plants nutrient water?

What is your medium?
What stage are you in?
Autos? Photos?
How much light are you providing?
What nutes are you using?
What is your runoff pH/TDS
What EC is your water?
I'm growing in promix, I'm in flowering stage now
I have a marsgrow lamp at 75% strength
The plants are photoperiod
I stopped feeding them enough to get a runoff
I can also provide pics of my plants

Never heard of the nutes. Not sure what to suggest. Flowering stage? Like 3 weeks in? 5? 6? Are they showing nute burn? I would go 100%...#s are low.

Your nutes I haven’t seen since around 2010 and that was in an edition of URBAN GARDEN MAGAZINE.
You just jogged my memory. Sorry, don't want to derail the thread but the local hydro store near where I lived at the time used to give that magazine out for free whenever I'd visit - and liked it. Is it still around? Quick Google search and I just see that they have a FB page.

Wow. Ok so that plant looks like it’s revegging.

I’ll let the pro mix guys help you out but seriously dude you should have come this way sooner.

That plant looks rough. Sorry for being harsh.
Thank you for the advice, I'm willing to hear where my faults have been in fact I love learning where I went wrong. Should I opt for some general hydroponics instead ? I've had a few people recommend that line of nutrients to me.
I'm going to see if I can get anything off her. Reasons for receiving ?
