How to wire a E40 ceramic bulb holder to uk plug cable

How would I wire that ceramic bulb fitting to a uk plug.....
It's a 125w cfl bulb I have also....!!!

Spend £10 and get a standard aluminium reflector if you aren't sure.

Yes.

The metal box you're referring to is just a METAL SINGLE PATTRESS for electrical sockets that are sunk into the wall.

Just go to wickes or BandQ or any other chain DIY store and you'll find them.

If you've got a screwfix near you they will sell them.

Just tell them you want a single gang metal pattress.


They'll hook you up.
