HPS or MH 400w for veg?

Here's what I got:This is the meter I used for the test. Because ther isnt a true lumen meter, ther is math involved.

I just want to say ther word program sucks, I had that all lined up previewed it. Fixed so it would be right. RIU get some better shit. FUCK!

Ok, so now Im totaly confused...HPS or MH for veg? I have both...Which is better?

Dude...REALLY? The main school of thought for a long while has been MH for veg, HPS for flower. Ideally, and in a perfect world, that's what the vast majority of growers will tell you, and they'd be right. However, since we don't live in an anywhere near perfect world, if you can't have both spectrum's, one can use either one for both phases with great results.
