Htg...

2 bad orders from HTG, the first came after 3 weeks of waiting...then it was the wrong order, which was fixed but then I was 5 weeks in to receive my original order. Next order after waiting two weeks called and wasn't even shipped. I tryed the 2nd order thinking anyone can make mistakes. When I complained they could care less. I've read alot of postive posts on this company(HTG) so I tryed, trust me pay a couple more bucks if need be.

My second order with them had some problems, but they weren't something HTG could really control. If the item you ordered was out of stock and had to be ordered in from the factory/distributor (which is what happened with my order) HTG only has a small amount of control over how long it takes to get the item in. As for them not caring, you must have just gotten a based customer service person. The one I dealt with threw in a free MH bulb for the light I ordered when it was delayed for a week.

On a side note- I placed a new order with them for cloning stuff on Thursday- it shipped Friday, and i had the tracking information before 5 pm.

Maybe you were treated differently, but my two experiences were negative. I was told several times my order was shipped and that turned out to be untrue. I've never made a bad post about a company before, I only want to let others know of my experience, as I'm sure if I was treated this way so have other customers.

they take 4 ever to get u the pakage it was well over a2 weeks for my order to arive and on it said 2 day delivery paid by htg ............lol so what the f*ck did the day what tell the made the stuff!!!!!!!!! pay more better arrivale time!!!!

They changed since I purchased.Everything worked fine with no problems.& I got it in 4-6 days I thik.Its been a good while.I bought last summer.
