humidity

I've heard from a grow video that humidity less than 40% will attract insects!!!! Watch out for pests. Other than that, don't panic about the humidity during the winter months, I'm in the same position. My average humidity is 20%. I find the humidity drops when the exhaust fan is on. To increase humidity make sure there is more air going into the grow room, than exiting.

Another note: If the humidity reaches 100%, the plants will stop growing

So that is exactly why we have to exhaust the air in the growroom. The plant transpires water vapor, the more foliage on the plant the more water is put into the air. Without ventilation, the humidity in the growroom will quickly climb to 100%, and all growth will stop.

So run your exhaust fan 24/7.

its better to have the humidity level lower than recomended because u can always spray your plants. this way you dont screw up and get fungus. but make sure that there is good circulation

I agree, you can never have enough spraying... just make sure you have your light well out of the way before misting your plants.
