Hydro Research Veg & Bloom

Any suggestions on how to get all the shit to dissolve?
I get SO irritated, even using warm water trying to get it all dissolved.
Maybe that is why they give the free fucking samples?

Damn, I tried it and it worked fine but that was awhile back. Maybe you discovered a shelf life issue....

IDK man, I only had the 2 samples for maybe a month before I started getting fed up with it.
I got 2 samples, about a month apart, and tried both of them when I started getting pissed, and same shit.

Yeah, sorta a pain in the ass...I dissolve mine in batches in a 1 gallon jug. 2 batches for 24 teaspoons

I usually heat 1 cup of water to 1 tsp, and stir vigorously, then dilute into a gallon milk jug and shake like hell. Even then, I don't get it all dissolved, so I try to shake and pour real fucking fast.

I'm about at a point I'm gonna toss the free shit, call it a good deal, and tell them fuck themselves.
It's just not right that one should have to spend 10 mins. stirring shit to get it MOSTLY dissolved.

DO you use 12 tsp/ gal?
Maybe I'm not feeding enough, it seems like I have to feed just about every water, but I'm only using 1 tsp/ gal.

Haha...no, I have a 31 gallon res that I fill up with 24 gallons...I usually fill it up with clean water, then mix all the veg+bloom for the 24gallon rez in a one gallon jug. So I pour 12 teaspoons in the gallon jug, dissolve it, and add it to my 31 gallon reservoir...lol...

I use a dilution rate of about one teaspoon per gallon. On a side note, last night I mixed 18 teaspoons in a gallon of water, and it looked and smelled like country time lemonade...lol...

I guess I never paid attention to you being a hydro guy.
Makes sense now though.
I noticed the clarity looking like lemonade, I'll take a sniff next time if I remember, LOL
With me using only 1 tsp/ gal, and I'm still vegging, if I go more than a week without feeding, I start getting deficiencies on the older fan leaves.

Wow never had an issue with veg bloom dissolving! used over 8lbs of it and never had any problems. You can try using a $10 blender it works great with maxibloom should work with most powder.

1-1.5tsp max per gallon as directed on the label. I have a 5lb I have been using for a couple months and no issues. Never try to make a concentrate (as you have) or you will have problems. Fill your reservoir then add the needed amount. Keep it simple. No blenders, no hot water, don't try to mix a concentrate with it. I have a gallery of what I have done with it. Doesn't get any easier to grow top shelf medicine.

Been lurking this site and a few others over the last year or so. I was also converted to VB by Cuebossa and a few others! Great nute line with great results! Never had a problem with mixing VB. Do yourself a favor and read the thread about VB here and on other sites. Stand alone or use additives as i do! You will not be disappointed! As my handle states I have tried it all and am in love with VB for ease of use and results.

Hence why i tried it for a week then gave it away...that and the fact that they would not disclose all the ingredients to me...came back with that proprietary shit...IOW garbage

Ok, Is your veg bloom a fine powder or kinda clumpy? If it gets any moisture in it it will clump up bad. I have had humidity in air make it clumpy, if it is just use a spoon and plate to grind it back up. Other than that It mixes very ez. I mix in a 5 gallon bucket and just throw it in the bottom of bucket and add water to mix it. I just dont understand what is going on. Email chris at hydro research he will help you out!

As asked above, yes, I have a fresh container, and the one I'm currently using has only been opened for a couple months, but has no evidence of any moisture at all.
Ever since I got it, the few times I have used it, I first tried 1 tsp in a cup of water stirred for a few minutes, then dumped into my gallon jug that I use to shake, then into the plant.
Most of the time, I'll pour the cup into the jug, shake, pour a cup back into the measuring cup to stir again and try to get more of what's left still powder from the bottom of the M/C, and do that 3 or 4 times and I still leave shit at the bottom.
If I just add a tsp to a gallon jug and shake for a few minutes, I leave a whole bunch of it at the bottom after I pour.
Just getting tired of this, since when I mix MG or any other 'water soluble' ferts, I don't have such an ordeal to dissolve everything.
I guess I'll open my second container that has not even had the lid removed yet, and try that and see if it's any better.
Oh, forgot to mention........ this was all with room temp water, so the last couple times I tried nuking a cup of water to about 100 degrees, and that didn't even help.

II usually add between .5-1 teaspoons to a gallon and have no problems getting it to dissolve. Sounds like you might have hard water or something else. You should never add 1tsp to a cup and try to pre-dissolve it. That would cause problems.

What sorta problems?

VB is designed to be used around 1 teaspoon per gallon! So if you add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of water you are over saturating the water with VB! It will cause issues the same as if you added 4 times as much hot coco mix to 1 cup of water! It will not dissolve! Do your self a favor mix 5 grams of Vb and a gallon of water and shake well you should be ok. I always weight out my VB instead of using teaspoon. It is 5.5 grams to a teaspoon! Start your young ones at 25%-50% and increase from there, amazing results are waiting. As soon as you get that mix going well let me know and I can turn you on to some great additives that work great with VB.
