i creating a cannabis wikipedia type site
i havent decided on a name yet, and im really open to suggestions, so far ive thought up these:
cannapedia
cannawiki
Stonerwiki
stonerpedia
weedwiki
420pedia
cannabiswiki
id love to hear your ideas for a better domain name, or just telling me which one of these sucks the least.
i also havent bought a host yet... im eyeballing this deal on a site called siteground... would cost me 35 bucks for a year of hosting, coming with a domain.
which seems like a really good deal to me... anybody ever had experience with siteground or has some other better host for the site?
i would really like to upload it to the web soon so i can show it to you.
i have started working on a 0.1 version using tikiwiki and xampp, so far i have these sections (and have filled out lots of info in them):
Growing:
Pretty much empty right now.
should contain the collected knowledge of all growers online. will probably be the biggest section in the future.
kinda like the old GrowFAQ on Rollitup but with more in depth articles (pictures, videos, related links, etc.)
Cooking:
How to make Cannabutter, Cannaoil, list of recipes, cannabis cookin basics, etc.
aswell as How to make different types of hashs, Honeyoils, thcpills, greendragon, etc.
I was thinkin of makin a seperate tab im the top menu bar named "hash" or "concentrates" or "Extraction" but im not so sure, what do you think?
How to's:
(List of all how to articles on the wiki)
Joints:
(how to roll special joints like the crossroad or the windmill etc.)
Stoner Movies:
(List of all stoner movies with Picture description, cast and links to: IMBD, wikipedia, torrents and watch online links.)
Stonercomics:
(collection of good stonercomics)
Documentaries:
(List of all cannabis related Documentaries with Pictures, description, and links to: IMBD, wikipedia, torrents and watch online links, etc.)
Books:
(List of Cannabis realted books, with author, isbn, description, links to amazon, torrents read online links, etc)
Budporn:
Awesome pictures of buds
Slang:
related to cannabis with descriptions (or links) of what they are.
Pictures:
Funny or awesome or amazing Pictures Related to cannabis
News:
list of News Article links related to cannabis by sorted by date Date
Medical:
Medical Information on cannabis for patients aswell as for doctors etc.
(i have pretty much nothin here right now, but i see this as a very promising page)
Forums:
List of all Cannabis related Forums on the internet. (work in progress)
Others:
id love to hear from you what sections you like to see on the cannabis information archive.
ive thought of making a page with notable people or something...
like "important stoners" or "notable cannabis smoker" ... and then making a list to credit the great minds of the cannabis culture... jack herrer, marc emery, bob marley, etc....
what do you think i should call that???
