I started to get deficiencies a while back and I thought there wasnt enough time left to do anything about it, I was wrong. Now what ? The sugar leaves are dying as well and I don`t want dead matter inside my buds, should I chop her down and make hash with her or give her another few days? also the fungus gnats seems to like her, there are none around the other plants, almost just around her.

Personally I would tug at the yellowed leaves until they came off and leave the bit of green ones and let it go a few more days while checking with my scope. That's just my opinion through experience, like the above poster said, make hash if need be.

ok thanks for the inputs, I topped the colas and they actually didnt look that bad, smell is amazing. So I will probably make hash with the colas and I will feed the plant tomorrow and let her go another 2 weeks. Still lots of buds on her. +rep to all

Slam 'er with some potassium. Helps and doesn't cause smokability issues. cn
slam her with some pottassium??? dude ur an idiot!!!!! that plants almost done and needs to start flushing... op even though u had mad problems with this grow finish her off... 8-12 more days.... water only... no nutes of any kind... unless u want some throat burning nugget

Your plants don't look as bad as some that I've seen.

I agree with everyone to allow them to finish.

However I would have to disagree that feeding plants causes crackle and popping of your buds.

I feed the whole way through flowering using Veg nutes and some PK1314. I have lovely green healthy plants at harvest time that taste fantastic and yield very very well.

Alot of people here on RIU are still into the old way of growing, which is feed hard until you burn the shit out of your plants and then flush to remove the excess nutes.

Personally I feed them enough to keep them happy and healthy. Many people ask how to improve yields or flavour of the final bud and my advice is always simple, keep them healthy and happy and they will perform the best they can.

Take a look at the underside of the leaves with a 10 power or better magnifier. If you see spider mites get that plant away from the others pronto before they get infested too.

Agree fully. People ask me what my secret is. I'm like, no secret, I just don't piss them off on a regular basis with trial and error type of bullshit. tried and true methods work best for me. Now with hydro, your PPM numbers are gonna change consistently. The plant lives in water. So you would figure that you would need to flush during the last two weeks.

Tried that, saw a massive decrease in bud production. Those last 2 weeks are prime time. I keep the same level of nutes and don't flush. A happy plant will produce happy buds.

New, impatient, inexperienced growers are usually the ones with lame ass results from half assed setups trying to throw every nutrient at their plant to make them go "beast" mode... usually learning they just made them go "bitch" mode by doing that.

As far as "adding nutes until nute burn occurs and flush em out"... that's a bad idea. been there, done that, and I would rather correct a deficiency than a nutrient burn any day.

I would just give it a few more days and then chop, i wouldnt give them no pottasium like 'theexpress' said its too far on. 2-3 more days IMO and then get your axe out ;) happy harvest.. GW

Ok thanks for more inputs guys, why does anyone say spidermites I didnt say anything about spider mites... and it`s not like I fucked up a grow, just that one plant, for some reason. I thought she was gonna be ready sooner and she started showing signs of cal-mag def and probably other defs and I didnt do anything about it (my own supersoil, water only grow) but then it got super ugly super fast.

Anyway like I said I chopped the colas and I will hash them (I had about 30 seeds in the seeded bud) and the rest of the plant will go another 2 weeks as I fed her this morning.

I was worry that the sugar leaves were going to die inside the bud and rot or something...

Plants look good otherwise though, how many watts of HID was it that you used?

I just made a vid of the last few months, thanks for watching!

At that stage I would not worry so much about your leaves falling off. Just watch the buds. Let it mature all the way.

I only mentioned spider mites because I've seen similar damage from them on soft leaved plants. It's easy enough to take a look with a magnifier and see. If you don't see any, then you move on to other things. I once had spider mites killing plants in a different family and thought it was a disease of some sort. I lost quite a few before I figured it out.
