i just bought 20 purple cheese clones and germination 10unknown cannabis seeds i need to know how far should the 1000 watt mh should be away from the clones and when will i see some growth with the clones this is the 2end day thay have been in the growroom the clones timming is 18/6 --and temp is around 70 and the humidity is a around 50 all the help will be much much appreciated kinda of new to indoor growing rxrxrxrxrxrxcaligrowerprop215 sb420

Place your hand palm down at the height of the canopy - if it feels warm raise the light. Seedlings and clones cannot take the light intensity that a healthy vegging plant can so back it off 6 to 12" more than you think necessary until they become established & happy.
After a couple weeks you can get it closer, but for now it could be detrimental.
BTW, your other numbers look very good.

Rule of thumb: If you can hold your hand at the level of the plants and not be burnt then you are at the right height.

That is correct with a stable plant, but we are talking fresh clones and seedlings here. Not the same thing.

sorry if this question sounds stupid

and thay are in 5 gallion grow bags with fox farm ocean forest and happy frog potting soil

it cost around 115 $$$$$ for the 10 bags of soil and almost 300$$$$ for the clones

and i realy dont want the clones to die thanks much
