fuck mike winters and all the police who hate medical marijuana users.
I hope this lady wins.
Thanks mcpurple for keeping us up to date on the local sceen.
I agree, mike winters has something seriously big up his but. What an ahole.

The whole OMMP thing is being handled badly. They announced that they are correcting some problems with the OMMP, no one under 18 years old and no cards for ex-cons.
If it is going to be called a med then how can they exclude meds from minors and ex-cons. Lets call it what it is and legalize it. Stop this crazy shit already.

ya i hope the excon shit doesn't pass, i have a felony on my record, i am ommp right now though so i dont think it should effect current patients if it does pass. and if it does pass and i cant grow legally then fuck it i will go to the woods and grow

They talk about doing background checks on the current card holders too? It's a strange time we are in.:dunce:

i dont know if they will, but i would think they do when you renew your card.
it seems like even medical marijauna is becoming more and more illegal in certain ways. if that makes sense

It makes a lot of sense only since we know who/what we are dealing with.

Mike Winters is a dick and shows zero understanding or compassion for of either the law or humanity.n

I'd be willing to bet there are a lot more Oxy/Vic addicted folks running around out there packing heat then MMJ patients.

How did the court decide? I could not find the result.

Since moving out here I have heard of ZERO effort to crack down on the tweaker problem which is growing from what I see around town. Lots of extra funding for MJ erradication though....ass backwards.

exactly about 6-7 years ago they cracked down on tweak hard southern oregon was one of the highest places for meth use in the state so they cracked down got some busts and then moved onto busting marijuana users growers, patients ect...... witch yes is a waist of time and money.
