i live in texas and i wanted to know what are the chances i get caught if i buy weed seeds online

i live in texas im not to old ive bought a prepaid card and am now on the last step to buy weed seeds from seedsman and I know how bad texas is when it comes to marijuana but what are the real chancees some cia,fbi or swat team rolls up to my house and claps my families cheeks

Just dont tell anyone about it. There are hundreds of millions of pieces of mail moving around the country at any given moment. And the postal service doesn't have the time to look at your single package any more than any of the others. And they aren't going to.

99.999% chance you aint gonna get caught.

If they find them, all they do is remove them, and send a notice of confiscation, and ask if you want to challenge the seizure for about $25.

They cannot prove you bought the seeds unless you leave a paper trail like a credit card.
You could have had your worst enemy send the seeds, and then rat on you trying to get you into trouble.

All but impossible for them to prove it was you who ordered the seeds. Just dont tell anyone.

I got seeds before it was legal here. It's no biggie. They usually say on the pkg "souvenirs or collections only"(inside the package, just to cover their ass).. Oklahoma turned a blind eye about where seeds came from when the law passed. Some companies will send in a DVD case or something similar from an address marked "Media Marketing Inc.", or something oddball like that. Besides, this would prob be the safest time to order. There's a shortage of workers looking for that shit anyways due to the virus. They prob dont even want to touch it.

I don't think you have to worry about the SWAT Team surrounding your house, or the CIA, lol. That pretty funny shit man. If anything it would be the DEA or your friendly neighborhood cops, lol.

Seriously though, they have better things to do. Also Customs would just confiscate it and add a little note on your package saying "You've been naughty". I just use my regular credit card, but I do like Seedsman.

You probably should be worrying more about when your mother finds them and flips out on you....and possibly calls the cops herself! Otherwise, as long as you don't sell to minors or tell everyone, you will probably be ok....But like you said yourself, Texas is bad about that shit!

Have you considered ordering from a US seed bank rather than an international one?
Coming in from overseas there is always the chance of customs snagging your package, it doesn't usually happen, but it can happen (a 10%-15% possibility).
With a US seed bank that risk is completely eliminated and you will also receive your order much, much, faster.

I've ordered 6 times from overseas seed banks in the last 6mos, and had one that showed up with a note from customs instead of seeds. The note didn't mention cannabis....but seeds of any kind.

I sent a pic to the seedbank and they sent more seeds that did make it.

Don't sweat it...at all. I'd be more worried about people ratting you out than the USPS checking your mail. Seedbanks have been doing this a while and know how to ship discretely.

Buying a handful the worst thing that would happen is a confiscation letter. Don't sweat it.

I'm sure the CIA already has your phone tapped.

I've had seeds shipped to texas dozens of times. Nar a problem.

Cannabis seeds are legal under federal law and in Texas (and probably most states now.) The 2018 Farm Bill signed by Trump changed the CSA to exclude Cannabis with less than 0.3% THC and required the states essentially to follow suit if they wanted some federal benefit. That is why CBD is everywhere now, even in Texas.

Still unlikely you will get caught. Ive used a credit card many times, and Im in a bad bad place. Kentucky. Dont sweat it.

I also live in Texas. They are located in southern Oklahoma and I get seeds in about 4 days max. They flat rate ship for $5. Never a problem with them

I live in texas and all the late night truck stops advertise they sell CBD vape.

If you do, they'll probably be following social distancing rules, so as soon as you see the first one enter, the next one will be six feet behind... plenty of time to escape out a window

I stand a better chance of getting harassed by the cops driving through Texas with Oregon plates than you do of getting caught ordering seeds online.
