R/realtesla if you're on reddit. They cover all that shit. It's pretty wild to even consider 'self driving' a thing. My phone bugs out like once a month or twice a month. And that's old tech. Well newer phone but same system since android came out basically.
Now imagine driving a phone 70mph and it bugs out. Bad shits gonna happen.

Another good one is r/selfdrivingcarslie I think it's called
call this guy instead.

people asking about the loop "how do you get out of the tesla in an emergency when the tunnel is so narrow" without understanding that it's actually impossible to leave the backseat of a tesla in an emergency even on a regular road

i don't understand how this is legal or allowed or even tolerated by customers

Not entirely accurate.

They had the flames out in about 3 minutes, but the final extinguishing took 4 hours.

Tesla battery packs chain react when they catch fire, an issue that makes them extremely difficult to deal with.

What would happen when they first were dealt with was firefighters would put out the flames, think it was OK, only to have the car burst back into flames as the batteries heated back up.

So now they have learned that they have to saturate a Tesla until the batteries are cold enough that it kills the chain reaction, which takes hours and 10's of thousands of gallons of water.
