The edges of your soil looks pretty dry.do you have proper drainage?an what type of soil are you using?

im helping him by weeding out all the bad info he is being given...tell me how flushing would help when the reason to flush is to remove buildup of salts in the soil that can cause nute lockout....now tell me where his plant looks like it has any issue with ph or nute burn....so asking if he flushed or telling him to flush isnt even close to an answer that will help him

the pot has got some weight to it and i'm using john-inn number 3 mixture of soil + compost.

i was going to use this as a mummy but it looks like its now fucked? do you think there is any chance i could take cutting's of and start from fresh with what YOU can see from it

You could take a few clones from it but make sure, you look after them well...Go to your local Grow-Shop and find out how much for basic nuits etc to get you by on.. as with most things growing they need food and plants are no different

Flushing is an extreme response and should only be used in emergencies. Suggesting a flush in this situation IS unwarranted. I don't mean to be condescending, but your advice is off target here. You may want to read some growing guides to gt a better understanding of why a flush might actually be needed.
I also agree that one cup of water every 2-3 days is not sufficient. The plant is also spindly and leggy. It needs much more light. I think it would be doing better near a window to be honest.

He is a hell of a lot more of an expert than you are.... I suggest you keep advice to yourself until that advice has some experience and knowledge behind it. giving out BS advice that has nothing to do with a problem is not helping at all.

I think that guy that responded to me went about the wrong way of it.
Have I ever claimed to be an expert? No. Does he know more than me? Maybe. I really don't care, it's not a contest.
Isn't this site aimed at getting and giving advise? All aimed at growing that plant we all love? If I'm wrong, there are
better ways of communicating that to me. I never claimed to be perfect.
Like I said, I am not an expert. Nor am I a beginner. My first grow was in 1994.

That has absolutely nothing to do with resolving the poster's actuall issue, which is poor lighting and under watering. So please, why bother asking it?

No. I give advice based on things that has worked for me. I'm sorry if some of you do not like it. There is plenty of advise on this site, the people need to chose
which advise to take, or not to. Not fight amongst each other. Or insult each other. Weed is supposed to be a happy thing.

What does the soil feel like? Is it dusty dry or is it moist and would stick together if you squeezed it in your fist?
My 12 inch plants in gallon pots get a 1/2 cup of water per day, my 20 inch plants in 5 gallon pots get 2 cups per day, my 36 inch plants in 7 gallon pots get 3 cups of water per day. They happy and thriving. (2 days of water with nutrients and 2 days clear water)
Have you been folier feeding it? Get a nice misting sprayer and add a bit of micronutrients to it and spray your plant 2 to 3 times a day.
Is your lighting sufficient? I may also have outgrown the light source.
