I took over 2 years off But I’ve found my way back.

I currently have 3 white widow autos from royal king (not queen) seeds in my 3x3 and just plopped abunch of fire seeds in my 2x2. Not getting much of a smell only when I touch sugar leaves, I think it’s just this strain.

All ww auto one of them in week 3 flower is giving off the most Trics in its stage compared to the other 2. Im not too sure if it’s gonna be fire like I hoped but we’ll see in about a month.

Would you say photos are hands down more potent than autos?

I've only grown 2 autos myself. My brother, and 3 of his friends grow them exclusively. They all shop at my store. I steer clear of autos because they are crossed with a cannabis ruderalis, auto. They are notoriously finicky, and unstable. Photos are also way more forgiving.

In veg stage I use the water from my tank and they seemed to love that for obvious reasons, did some leaf stripping, stuck a stem on top the tank 3 weeks ago, not much flower growth but it's still very alive which I found cool, I might be able to just put my cuttings in there when I start getting into photos, put some rock wall or something so the base isn't getting light, possibly start rooting, I'm going on a tangent brain storming but yee.

It's always tougher to clone after they start to flower. What's your medium in the tents?

Im trying out coco coir and I like it, I get the bricks rinse 3 times and buffer in cal mag twice 8 hours each, but I mix it with some ocean forest and happy frog and perlite I have a mix of dr earth and earth dust amendments. Recharge, Mykos, all that good stuff, just recently started using some of that npk raw line stuff. This run has def been my smoothest as far as deficiencies. I just really want to get that natural flush/fade down this time. Out of the 3 the one of the 2 week 3ish has so much more trichomes then either of her sister did at this point these are autos but it’s really helping me understand the importance of different phenos. Purple lemonade, purple marmalade, and Girl Scout cookies, first photo run on its way! These photos were takin just now after a late water… I admit when i opened my door I did get a slight whiff but still nothin cray. She lookin a lil underwhelming if I’m being honest but I still have a good 3/4 weeks I think to see, I cut out nitrogen, she’s lookin a lil leafy to me but it could just be genes, Sativa dominant so I’m not expecting super dense, I’m having fun tho.

Speaking of Royal King lineups: 2024 so far I've got Laughing buddha and Blue Hawai'an photos, cannot wait til I get to play around with them!
