I want to start growing!!

Evening all!!
I've just registered and looking forward to spending many happy, and stoned, hours in here!!
So, first of all, thanks for having me and any help, tips or info would be most gratefully appreciated!!!

The reason for my post tonight is that I've recently bought my first batch of seeds! Some nice feminized Blue Cheese sweeet.

Anyway, I haven't a clue where to start, I don't have much in the way of cash, damn financial crisis!! I could probably inherit a few things such as soil bags, a couple of cheap lights and a grow box and I have a closet waiting for the weed.

Could anybody possibly give me a check list of things I need before setting up and planting??

P.S. I am only growing 2-3 plants for use between friends so no large scale set up needed. Tent may also be available but space could be an issue!

welcome to riu and the fun of growing.

i wish it were that easy, but there are so many different ways to grow that giving you a list from scratch won;t work. the best way is for you to read up on the site, the growfaq and stickies in particular, make up your own mind on the basics, then post any follow up questions you have.

It's a Salvador Dali painting, getting the elephant n the right tattooed on my stomach/chest pretty soon. You should check Dali's work out, it's beautiful!!

yeah im growing at my friends, there is no way she could grass me up, and she could try and steal some for sure, but i'm trusting her with it. she's a good gal and i'll make it worth her while!!

I do not even tell my best friends or even some of my family.

Your girlfriend and can tell her friends about your grow.

Every person that knows about your grow increases the chance 10% of getting busted.
