What stage are you at? For thrips, spinosad. Not sure how close to flower it can be used. If it's in there it'll kill them.

I found some spinosad powder but I can't honestly say that I know I 100% covered it . The stuff applies terribly.

What you really want is carbofuran. The Mexicans use it on their weed, kills everything that might eat a plant including deer.

Pyrethrins are mostly safe for humans but I wouldn't recommend smoking it. If you're flowering I would take my chances with the thrips. I believe Neem oil is usually used for thrips. You can also use what you have for killing pubic lice in case you get those.

Personally I'm not afraid of pyrethrins. This becomes more of a morality issue, disclosure etc. They break down rapidly, probably not as rapidly without actual sunlight. Were these clones? You gotta nuke the room when this is all over.

You have one chance to kill the fuckers. You miss some and they come back in two weeks you're fucked. I would spray them down in the bath tub, give them a day and then spray them again to rinse and hope for the best.

As said, spinosad or asamax (condensed neem, basically) will do it. You'll be fine using them now before flowers appear. just spray them in your tent lights out but get them good, don't want to dick around. You're not going to be smoking any of those leafs.

For sure man. I'll definitely try to cover them as best as I can with my spinosad powder . My last resort will be the insect killer .

You need spinosad liquid. Horticultural grade is much stronger and a bottle should last you years of growing.

Diatomaceous earth, FOILAR spray, preferably prior to budding (avoids " dirtying " up buds, which could be cleaned up. Virtually all the somewhat dirty looking leaves will be gone when buds form

Yeah if only this happened before I flipped, i wouldn't be so anxious. I would have had time to make sure they were gone .

Yea , that " spinosad " is a treasure........Let's see...it kills honey bees and other beneficial insects and pest predators , toxic to aquatic and terrestrial invertebrates, dogs, birds.........listed as " not likely a carcinogen " ( that's comforting )......and oh yeah...hasn't been any studies on smoking it.......do you know what the products of combustion are ?
