If he is in England- English restaurants are expensive. Rich people tip, even though they already add a hefty service charge by default.

Tips for service goes back farther than salary.Do your history homework kids...and prostitition is one of the oldest professions ( payment for service )...lol...had to throw that in there.

I am a well known advocate of Google Translator. LMAO Doesn't mean I don't have very good working knowledge of the language though. The translator is perfectly fluent. Do you know French? If you don't you have no authority to deem my French as Google translated.

...I tip the girls at one of my dispensaries because it's a compassion center and they have a vape room and the girls are friendly,it's a cozy enviornment...the other ones are more like you just walk in and buy weed, those guys don't get a tip.
