hmmmm well so far ive spent about 2000 dollars on my first op and im so broke i want to die. i thought growing would cost me around ... hmmm 80 bucks. little did i know 80 dollars didnt even cover the fucking lightbulb. Im well on my way to growing and getting the money back but my god ... what it took to get here. And im not even close to finished : (.

how about sharing your success story?

Well if I had to pay for everything I have right now I would be at just under $3000, but

that is for a tent, a new 600 watt light, two $200 inline fans, a $600 brain to control it all
a A/C unit, a 6ft by 5ft window cover that cost me about $140 to build, (it's the shit though and keeps the room 8-10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house.)
the three flood trays (small ones)
three pumps all the hosing, fittings and plugs, drip lines, the resivors are outside the tent for heat reasons

and thats not counting the amount of time I put into it, but when I'm done it should be pretty idiot proof, Hell I could probably go on a week vacation and not worry about it too much. That's the game plan. Man I love being legal, this is the first garden I just went all out on though. So yeah it's not cheap but I hope to be rewarded with the quality of materials I have put together.

So this is all for a 4x4x7 foot tent with three 42x8x4 inch trays on a perpetual system (that's why all the trays are on their own water supply and pumps)

I was given the tent and light for some work I did for a friend, Good deal.

look at my journal. costed me 12.50 for the dirt. 40 for the bulb. The ballast was given to me. i made the clones myself.

but the bud in my avatar are a different grow, I got sick of improvising so I ripped it down and started over, It sucks never being satisfied..LOL

For those buds in my avatar? They were cheap Mcgyver shit, maybe 4-500 bucks not too much that I literally threw out most of it or gave it away.

Yeah that was a 2ft by 7 ft closet grow with a 400 watt on a light mover with CO2, vented hood, easy, in soil.

oh lol i have big 6 gallons of it. There at my other house :) i just fill up gatorade bottles when i need more.

Advanced nutes with hydroboost. I got some problend probloom aswell

Idk I'm making one from a old computer I have fans n plenty of cfls. Diy is way better than a 400$ scam
