I'm a smoker that lives in the midwest where its illegal to grow and i have only the knowledge that I've learned from reading threads on rollitup and youtube. What are some good lights that i can use to flower and for vegetative state low on the bill since this will be done in a laundry room in my home. I will be planting 12 plants. What are the best seeds to use that are easy to grow and have a good yield? Thanks in advance
