Increase light prior to dark period/harvest?

No. Even if you could increase trichome production it would not increase potency. I am using UVA to increase trichome production but it just means more trichomes, not more potent trichomes. So if I made roson I would get more of it. To increase potency you would need to hit the plant with bursts of UVB which could increase potency.
