Will this be enough light?

Going to turn my closet into a starting/veg room for my 5 GHS WW seeds I have. I'm looking for a good light to grow them under... I only plan on keeping them there until mid June and putting them outside. what size pots should I use? I plan on transplanting them in garbage bags filled with promix.
Maybe using fox farm nutrients with it.

For every 1 foot of growth your plant needs to be in that gallon size pot. For example; If you have a 2 foot size plant it should be in a 2 gallon pot. But putting in a 3 or a 4 gallon won't hurt. You just don't want a 3 foot plant in a 1 gallon pot.
The lights you purchased are perfect for vegging.
Don't over water, water once every six days until they are fully mature. Then you'll have to water more frequently. This is a where beginners often fail, overwatering.
