Is 67% humidity too high in c vault?

I have a 17 liter c vault with about 14 1/2 oz of bud in it with 3 60 g 62 percent humidity paks and 4 8 gram humidity paks it was all in mason jars but I decided to through it all into one container humidity is 67 percent 68 degrees is this too high will this cause mold?
 
It certainly can
Typically mold of any type won't grow under 60%... 62% boveda packs are relatively safe provided it(the bud) is partially dry before use
