Is it better to grow a lot of untrained plants or fewer trained plants?

I've played around with numerous PGR's. I had some fun and grew some crazy plants using different amounts. Had some plants grow inches a day straight up with the GA3. I decided I wasn't going to go that route. I still use GA3 for old seeds. Not just cannabis but flower and vegetable. I might experiment on some vegetables just for fun. I found the most use with the IBA for rooting not just cannabis clones but blueberries, roses, and other plants and shrubs.

I reuse everything mix it in the dirt and use lots of enzymes. Plus it’s a home for healthy microbs and Bactria right? Isn’t that one of the benefits of lining your pots with hay?

lol a lot of factors go in to determining the amount of bud you will get off of a plant, not just light. Container size, whether you trained it or not, proper drainage, bud sites getting light, etc all have a role in bud production.
Anything that claims to increase yield by any percent is put into my "do not investigate, do not buy" list.
Don't go by "supposed to", or "biggest", or "2,000 something". Learn how to fact-check for yourself. Companies want money. They lie. They scam. Youtube people want money. They lie. They scam. The vast majority of them can't grow worth shit.
Do your own research. Learn what the numbers mean. Learn that there's no magical thing that can "increase yields by 60%". Learn the details of the things you spend your money on. Learn about the equipment that you grow your plants with.
I don't mean to be harsh, but it is a lesson. If you want to become a decent grower, you must understand what it is you're doing and using.

Never heard of them but just checked them out. Complete ripoff. They want $1500 for a light that pulls 630 watts at the wall that replaces a $170 HID setup. Don't get ripped off. What does it increase yields by 60% from? A $99 blurple off of Amazon. Those things are so overpriced it's not even funny. I can't believe anyone pays what they're charging for those lights.

I have a nice box from when I first start growing with a bunch of " increase your yields up to 50% " lights...At least their are forums for people to find that out for themselves.

What I want my 8x8x9 tent to have eventually is
1. A co2 tank
2. Intake/ outtake charcoal exhaust fan
3.light mover
4. Black dog led
5. Organic nutes/ Pgrs
6.all coco
7. Humidifier
8. An extra air fan inside
that’s what the end project will look like, on top of that I’m just gunna fallow my feeding chart

Now I won't knock blurples because i have used them in the past with success but nothing like a high end LED or even the sun can do. The resin production and bud growth took much longer than growing them under the sun.

If you want nice, sticky, big buds, learn about using techniques such as topping rather than chemicals and using heavy defoliation to get that light directly to your buds. They will frost and get big in no time.

Plant growth regulator. Causes cancer, causes buds to have a shit ton of red/orange hairs and be super dense, makes the plant not stretch up as much. Can also swell buds too making bigger yields but it's bad smoke at the end of the day.
