It's been a while since I've seen this so forgive me for the noonish questions.
According to the breeder packaging, it is harvest day (I went with the long range of the breeder recommendation, so if the package said 40-55days, it is day 55 now)

Still a lot of white pistils. I wondering if I should harvest it? Under 100x scope, it looks like 95% CLOUDY, 3% AMBER, 2% CLEAR.

I barely see any clear trich's, everything looks extremely milky. See an odd one or two amber trich's here and there. should I wait longer or do they look good to go? =)

Depends how you like it. More high or more stoned. But I will also say that it may say 55 but let those buds ripen. 55dayvstrains typically go 65-70 for me. But I like a couch lock buzz
 
@greenmachine_ is spot on. They look indica dominate, yeah if you wanna be comatose, given another week. Smoke report required!
 
Your plant looks sick and there is no fan leaf left. It's gonna take a bit longer to finish if it finishes at all. Probably gonna smell like hay also after its dried or have a weak smell. Next time try to keep her healthy till harvest and you'll have a much better product
 
What strain is this out of curiosity. Now you say 55 days flower thats not counting the first 7 days of 12/12 correct as you dont count the first week in 12/12 as flower as thats just a transition time you begin day 1 flower on day 8 of being under 12/12 time .Id be inclined a nother week or 2 if you werent starting flower time on day 8 of 12/12
