So... about a week ago I sowed a new batch for veg room. All good except one plant that had a seed covering issue. I waited about two days to see if the covering would shed but that never happened and finally i decided to moisten the covering with a lil bit of its own medium for like about 10 minutes and then removed the covering.
These are the photos of the day i removed the cover (with and without)
and this is a photo a few days later, and a comparison with its sisters (the sick one is top right as you can see)..... im thinking, it will not survive. It was a shame because it was a cross I had expectations of, but at this point not sure if its just wasting space.
INFO ON GROW:
MEDIUM: Peat, Vermiculite, Perlite.
Feeding: 20-10-20 Jacks (550 ppm)
Lights: Lm301bs (300w to 50%)
PH & Conditions (some variance but numbers have been within this range:
Temp 72 to 82F
Humidity 40% to 65% (had a small dip of humidity at the beginning but now i average 50%)
PH: high 6 in, low 6 runoff (i measure ph with strips, as i believe they are better than a cheap digital ph meter, correct if im wrong please)
