Ah. I know nothing about autos. Disregard my comment.Yes thank you, I am being very conservative, these are autos and I read a lot I out about starting them in there final pots, First timer here. Thank you for the help
You won't need any nutes in that soil for like 4-5 weeks but I have read of many people adding some 25% strength grow big from the start. I waited four weeks and am growing in FFHF & 1gal fabric pots.
As far as the runt, smokinrav is correct, shit just happens. Worth growing to see what happens, you have the room and a more than capable light, it could certainly turn it self around if you care for it properly.
My situation is somewhat similar. I germinated two seeds, and after 24hours in the water then 24hours in a napkin, one taproot was half an inch long and the other barely just even split open. Tossed them in the dirt and they both popped within 8hours of each other. The one that never showed a taproot was a runt and maybe only half the size as the other, but after 3 weeks it is got bigger than the other one.
Could start LST around 5-6 nodes. I myself like them to be a little taller like around 10in or so...if they are too short, they will just reorientate themselves and cover their own lower leaves again.

Okay, so it's been a couple weeks since I posted, I just want to share the progress. Suggestions welcome , first grow. And look at the mute!!!So, I started 4 OG Kush autoflower seeds. 2 of them sprouted, 2 did not. I planted the seeds directly into 5 gallon airpots with dome on top. I used FFOF and mixed in a bag of perlite. First pop was February 14, and second pop was February 16. Today they are 2 weeks old. I wanted to show a couple pictures of the 2 plants that I have. The second plant is super small and also deformed/ mutant. Please let me know if this was something I did or not . I am allowing it to grow( why not). I noticed that is has actually grown some at the end of this week, excited to see what happens with the little one. I think, the first plant is looking really good for day 14, but I'm not 100 percent sure because this is my first time ever growing cannabis. I do enjoy growing other things from seed.
I really am curious if I should start some LST training on the larger plant, or do I wait a little longer??
Only been giving these guy's ph'd water. Was maybe going give some cal mag and start with some FF grow big in another week.
Any advice is greatly appreciated View attachment 4839872View attachment 4839873View attachment 4839874View attachment 4839872View attachment 4839872View attachment 4839873View attachment 4839874View attachment 4839875View attachment 4839876View attachment 4839877View attachment 4839878

Yes! So happy with herSo much for your “runt”. Seems to have caught up nicely. Looking good.
Thing exploded over the past 3 weeks! So much for your “runt”. Seems to have caught up nicely. Looking good.
Thanks , I was leary of doing too much of anything with the mute. I was just gonna let her survive. Well now she is showing off. I think I'm going gently bend some side branches over, I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to try and bend the main cola. But then again, she's doing her thing!I waited until bud sight branches formed then I positioned them where I wanted them to be. I hear there's a benefit to doing early but it worked well at 2 months old because you can clearly see where everything is going.
Yes she's showing off and THIRSTY! Sucked up a whole gallon this am, little almost no run off. I have started giving her calmag and a 1/4 strength grow big. He bigger sister is blooming so I have her somr calmag and big bloom. She also sucked up a gallon of water this amThing exploded over the past 3 weeks!
Starting to flower! They are looking good. Also you can start LST when they are as small as your first picture.Okay this is today, I got some work to do! @Dank Bongula View attachment 4859096View attachment 4859097
Yeah that's exactly what I did. I tied all the side branches and later on tied the flower part of the main branch to fill an empty spot. Here's an example of what it looked like after they all turned up to the light. Thanks , I was leary of doing too much of anything with the mute. I was just gonna let her survive.
