Is Run ph off that important?

I went to check the run off for the hell of it and The ph level was at 7.8 should I water with acidic water next time or ignore it? will this really cause a nutrient lock out if the run off isn’t the correct ph?

All depends on your soil. If it’s decent soil and well amended it will handle ph just fine. However it sounds like your soil is either depleted or your water is very alkaline. Adjust to 6.5 and water if it’s soil.

No, no and no, ignore it

I never check pH runoff. Never have and never will. I only worry about what goes in. Get that correct and you won't have any issues.
