Yeah me either. There is no way we will stop oil production, nor should we. We do need to do shit a lot cleaner, and worth understanding the very real dangers of these pipelines that should be constantly evaluated and quick to shut down if they are in danger of leaking, so we can stop having these spills.
The creek does not look that big so hopefully not too big an impact on the environment.

Hopefully that is the case. Just looked it up, sounds like 14,000 barrels. I have no actual comprehension of what that amount means in terms of reality of the impacts though.

they could put some type of oil resistant liner under every pipeline, better sensors, etc. but that's the "regulations" the gop opposes.
