no you cant delete anything after 72 hours , and us mods arent going to go back and delete 3000+ posts, however if you need a certain grow thread deleted for security purposes we will , we also dont delete accounts or do name changes

Just curious but why do RIU and other similar sites feel it neccessary to keep everything that is posted, considering the nature of this site and others I would have thought the opposite to be more prudent?

it creates holes in the system if we delete things like that
say i delete a 200 page thread, it creates these holes in the system and it becomes ridiculous i guess its just the way vbulletin itself is set up not specifically riu
plus the amount of work involved in mass deleting someone who high post counts like myself would be outrageous and extensive work we all know that past a certain date we cant see our acitivity log due to an error that happend last year if i remember correctly, so to dig through and find everything without any tools would be so time consuming. i mean it would take weeks

It basically happens when you have a web designers who is either lazy or doesn't really know what they are doing as its pretty simple if you set everything up correctly from the get go. A good designers can set up a board or forum with an admin search and with a simple keyword reference database say a user name it will find all posts or threads and with 3 clicks they are all gone and no real holes left in the site all posted started by the user scrubbed and not there. Any posts in others threads just are gone no evidence they were there. This site which is a really bad thing added its self to google spidering so its in the google search so it gets hits which for the community was a bad idea but since its more about advertising and capital it gets more attention to it and clicks. Just more unwanted attention by LEO. Just make sure you post pics hosted off this site and use multiple proxies. never show any identification or use a real email to register as its lead to your computer in seconds.
