Is this a female?

Sorry to make the one thousandth post about is this female stuff, but I actually can't quite tell. I do wear glasses, but when I try to get in really close, it strains my eyes really painfully.
I am hoping somebody with better eyes could help me.
I have reduced the lights from 24hr cycle to 15 on 9 off light cycle.
Are these things even sizable at this stage? I have another plant in with it, its auto gem. Would a Male interfere with an auto?

It's a lot easier to see in pictures than eye!

If you see a little white hair coming out of it then it's a female, otherwise it's just another leaf growing.
