Is this foxtailing?

Is this foxtailing? This is my first indoor grow, about 4-5 weeks into flower, 12/12 from seed because I needed to keep her small, and was being impatient Random bag seed, only plant, lst. I've been worried I didn't have enough light and now I'm worried I have too much and it caused her to foxtail. Temp stays at 75F and humidity is 40-45%. I have a 150W cob led about 12 inches above her, 2 9W cfl bulbs a couple inches above her and two cheap blurple light strips on either side of her, is it too much? Is she doing fine and I'm just paranoid? Is it not enough? This is my experimental first grow so any input/advice is much appreciated.

Kind of hard to tell what I'm looking at, but I like it, sort of trippy looking pic. Don't worry about foxtails they smoke just as good as anything.

With all that light, she'd have been a monster even 2 weeks to veg. Your harvest will suffer. How small were you needing to keep her? How big is your grow space?

Right now, its just a 2x1 cabinet with lights I had on hand from raising chickens lol I kinda just wanted to see if I could grow one and kind of how it all works before I jumped all in and spent a lot money. I think she would have been a huge plant also, I might try to reveg her lol
