Is this male preflowers or am i being paranoid

Thanks for the fast response and warm welcoming guys, my other issue now is I have 2 pants in 1 nft tray this being one of them, removing this one will leave lots of roots to be sat dead In the tray entangled with the other plant roots ..

Better than both dying
Kill that thing the roots can rot
And I never do that

Yes, looks to be male parts. I just went through this with two of my plants as well. A friend gave me a whole bunch of seeds, said they "should" all be female. Two hermied. Both plants had already developed tons of female flowers with only a handful of sacs near the bottom, so I decided to remove all the sacs and I've been spraying/misting the entire plant with water twice a week in hopes of washing away any pollen that might have been present and make sure it's no longer viable. I've never had to do this before, so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Best of luck!

Would the root rotting cause problems later in flower for the other plant, only reason I put two in the tray was to hopefully find a better pheno normal I just do one per tray but was limited on space so it had to be 1 tray two plants

Nah
It will not reach its max potential as if it were solo all the way but live and learn

I literally went through same thing recently and it still seeded my bud to high heaven.I misted and inspected daily. But working 12 hours a day I missed some things. Ended up with a lot of butter and fire pit material. I heard there is a spray you can use but don’t know enough to give honest answer/opinion in what to do. I just know they still pollinated other plants even after misting with water. Then the next problem was pm. Good luck. I hope it works for you and your luck is better. I didn’t have time to be as adamant about removing pollen sacks as I should have been and fan in tent don’t help. Best of luck

Ah that sucks. How soon do you see the seeds? I'm approaching 5 weeks into flower right now. The bud is perfectly good to smoke still though right? Just pick out the seeds? This is only my 3rd crop, first two crops were seeds from green house seed co. These current plants were seeds given to me from a friend, the difference in appearance and growth is noticeable. Superior genetics I suppose... So in the end if this crop gets seeded, so be it. Back to quality seeds after this! lol

Yeah still good to smoke just seedy is all. You can always just make butter. Weed used to be seedy back in the day. Genetics play a huge role. If you start with good seeds your better off from what I learned

I had this on a Spumoni too. Male flowers appeared before female. Pinched the male flowers off and she ended up mostly female. Plenty of nanas (and a few more classically male flowers) late in flowering, but the only seeds were in lower buds and popcorn. Was worth it though, because the weed was super tasty - strangely like a cookie haze.

I've got another one running here, and she's switched to flowering as 100% female - so hermie traits might be pheno specific.
