So I've noticed these issues on my veg plants and diagnosed it as a phosphorus deficiency, that almost looks like it's clearing up.
I'm not 100% sure that's what it is.
I also topdressed like a week ago.

I'm in amended promix, down to earth bio live and the rose and bloom mix. I'm doing everything the exact same as my first grow, but am noticing this issue now. If they are still showing signs in a couple days, whats a fix I should try for them?

Thick layer of castings would be my go to for something like this. If you know your soil is amended properly then it’s an availability issue not a lack of food in the pot. Increase microbe population, ewc on top. Maybe carb source?

With those ferts added, I highly doubt it's a phosphorus def, more like a nutrient lockout. What's your water PH like? I'd do a soil slurry ph test-hard to say what's causing this without more information. How much of these fertilizers did you add?

My leaves kinda do the same, burn from the dry fertilizer. Tips will dry and curl up.

Edit,my indica strains do this more so then my others.
