I wouldn't make it with isopropyl alcohol unless you're familiar with the manufacturing method of the brand you choose. Most isopropyl (at least in north america) has acetates in the to prevent people from drinking it. Unfortunately, acetates will not evaporate from your hash. BarnBuster had it right, you want to use a food grade alcohol.

A place like walmart or the supermarket can label 99% in many purposes

Try first aid first and you want 91 or better if you can... the excess number is water content

They might be able to give you a lead for NSW, they are cheapest I have found.
