You could put the pot on something to raise it, it has the same effect as lowering the light. I'm not saying that's the problem with growth

Yeah I was thinking about that but once the plant starts to grow out I would have to take the stand out.

My opinion on your plants is that you have a ph problem. They should be greener. Low ph lockouts nitrogen.
You said you didn't use nutes so seems to me you soil ph is running a bit low.
I can't tell if they gotten greener but it seems to be growing at a slow rate. I just checked ph and its at 6.6. Haven't used nutues yet but plan to use fox farms.

How are you checking ph? It could be the lighting making them look pale.
