Growing hydroponically NFT,I've got 9 plants in a meter square, I left them 6 weeks fom seed then put the into flower, they've gone fom nice fat squat plants to humungous monsters taking up f room,to my horror, yesterday I awoke to check on my babies only to find the larger ones had toppled over onto the others, I've been out and got some yoyo's, I'm just wondering whether anybody has had this same problem or whether anybody has used these yoyo's before, whether they are safe and will not inhibit flowering, worried :-( I'd appreciate any information/ advice. They're into week 3 of flower, showing pistils. Also having trouble regulating temp,I have a tent which is 6M3. An inline 5'' S&P fan 350M3hr extracting and one intaking yet temp whilst light's on ranges from 81F / 87F RH 37%. Night low of 55F RH 69% othered because it's not even hot here in the UK yet, my tent 1.5M X1.5M X2M. Advice please, I'm venting and drawing from my chimney in the loft. Thank you, oh! It's a 600W MH,

Yoyos work fine. You might need some stakes in the to help support them as well. You you have a fan in the tent blowing over the plants? Your temps are a little high but not to bad. Yet! But you need to think of a way to cool it down. Come summer you 87 will be 97 and that will cook the girls.

Thank you warlock, yes, the summer temp is what I'm worrying about, I had a 9'' oscilating fan in the tent aimed just about the plants but this seemed far to powerful as it was drying the foliage out, since I have removed they look and feel happier, I am considering buying another larger inline fan for extraction and using my 5'' fans for intake, though lastnight I left my extrractor running continuously with the light on and it removed all the humidity, by my calculations it should remove the air completely every minute,I also have the same fan intaking but split with a Y pipe so it pumps air in the tent continuously at 2 points aswell as having the all the passive vents open, I may have made a mistake by hanging my thermometer under the light I recently read this morning digital thermometers are made to measure air temp and that by hanging where I have is being heated by radiant temp. This essay stated plants like an air temp of around 70f and can with stand much higher radiant temps, though to high will burn them, I must admit to being a little worried, my girls are overly tall, oh dear a whole lot of hassle, I've now moved the thermometer,I live in hope :-)
