no bank acc needed at all.. they mail you the checks.. you cash them yourself.
no not yet they only do it after you make your first hundred, then you can have them send it.. i have only been monetizing them now for two days.
depends on view counts.. can be 100 bucks.. to 100k just really depends. Me not much so far.
