Weezy was a beast back in the day. Mixtapes > ablums which is why most don't like him cus they listen to radio play. Ive always said its not what he's saying but how he says it, his flow is dope and unique. Every artist falls off after their hunger to make it and be the best is gone.

You should've asked if he wanna smoke some later on. Not a huge fan of his music, but he looks like somebody that would be cool to have a sesh with, at least the old lil wayne. :)

Are you seriously going to sit there and tell me the reason you can't provide evidence of your "superior skill" is because you can't afford or find a microphone? Dude, there's one built into my laptop. How big is your ego that you can't just say "Oh, I was talking shit"? Jesus...

You make some good points regarding how artists sometimes progress too far. I agree his auto-tune and rock stuff is way off base. He's just experimenting, though. I have more respect for a man who fearlessly tries what he wants regardless of public opinion than I do for those who go around spouting negativity about artists who have achieved massive success... just sayin.

If he's anything like some of the more progressive rock artists I listen to, he may very well shift back to what works when he realizes how unappealing his singing is...
lol music would sound like shit if you recorded it on a laptop, not regarding my ego but i would rather listen to people playing jazz than weezys wack autotune shit. ill record myself playing the entertainer on the fuckin keyboard and more people would like it.
and yeah, he tried and failed.

That's cool , you met that guy in a skate park . I met Aron Lewis once at this house his mother hired us to remodel . He came outside and had this beard disguise on , I didn't recognize him and we smoked a cigarette cause his mother wouldn't let him smoke in the house . Never even knew it was him the whole time we were there until his mom said I see you met Aron . I was uh when ? But you knew it was him te whole time . That was a good deal .

Yeah we worked there for 3 or 4 months . His mother kept saying she was get get me an autographed this and that , and he's going to be here at the end of the week , with daily updates . I didn't care about autographed stuff . I liked his music back then and thought it would be cool to say hello , but thats it . Afterword it was like a big nothing cause I didn't even know it was even him . That was an awesome birthday for you though . You will remember that for a long time .

I live in the "Music City" and work in sales. I run into famous artists all the time. What I have found is that they appreciate it more when you treat them like the ordinary people they are. I have never asked anyone for an autograph regardless of the opportunities and I never will. .02

Nonetheless, I'm glad Lil Wayne made your day and Happy Birthday bro.
