KuckCanucks Cataract Kush Grow, 3 Plant Organic

Hey all, decided to run a journal for the Cataract Kush by DNA that I`m running currently. Didn`t manage to find a lot of entries and the strain looks lovely so I decided to do a start to finish on it to show everyone what that can expect. If you want to start from the beginning, click Here.

Anyways, as it stands, the plants are growing incredibly nicely and starting to exhibit the classic bush. The Leader of the group is 16 days from sprout and is the largest, while theh others were popped later and are about 11-12 days from sprout and are picking up pace real quick.

Here`s a shot of the family from this morning vs the 29th of March, 3 days:


There has been some work done to the leader as she was harmed early from a power beyond my control but has fought back nice, but the symetrical growth is a little .. wonky. Here`s some other shots of the Leader, and some of the work she`s had done to her under carriage :

Insane bush. Not much else to it it this point. Pics two and three show where I`ve set up to MainLine in a few weeks, should be able to spread this canopy a bit. And here are the Twins as they`re being refered to as. Growing strong, responding well from the transplant and feeding from the 29th:

Man they look so good already! Did you say you already gave them nutes or waiting for a few more weeks?

Very nice man. How do you get them to stay so short? Lights really close to the plant?

Great stuff man, looking forward to a DNA grow. Ive only ever had the chocolope & recon, and they were very very good.

I give nutes after the second true set of leaves as the Canna Terra is pretty mild stuff. they can handle the full strength (5ml/L) solution with every second feeding right now. Thanks, they`re bigger and more lush every day!

Thanks for stopping in CP. I run a 3 teir light schedule from seed involving 24h of CFL for 4-6 weeks followed by the MH for 2-3 weeks at 18/6 before switching bulb to HPS for the 12/12 portion. Will be using a 400w MH/HPS in the tent as soon as the ladies are ready for some training (maybe 3-4 weeks) and I`ll post some pics of the tent and how it`ll be run. Also the girls will be flowered in either 5 gallon or 7 gallon Root Pouches (haven`t decided yet).

Gonna give the Twins a good feeding today with the full-strength mxitures (takes about half L per pot). Also noticed the Leader has roots around the drainage holes yesterday, gonna let her get decently bound before putting her up to the last Veg container. She`ll be the first for training so I want the root system to be there. Up-potting is almost as efficient as close lighting in my eyes, control the root mass, control the bush

Another week or two and the Leader will begin it`s mainlining. Gonna look a lot different. Update later tonight, Twins took off after water and nutes this morning !!

I figure nature transistions slowly, why can`t I with the resources . Will actually have to get two tents active with same plants to really give `scientific` proof. I just know it keeps them nice and short, and hella strong in the stems

i was going to do mainlining on them but instead i topped for 4 colas and lst. i will do the mainline on the clones from these.

Grown the Sour once and the OG18 is one of my favourites, do em`every year. Never bought into the Kandy stuff, haha, and the Exodus will be in one of my upcoming projects for sure, looks awesome!

Hey all, sorry about the last couple days, got busy, went to post last night and passed out (saying something as I`m an insomnia patient, gotta love GWS ). Anyways, took new pics when I got home from work, starting to smell like a garden in there

Anyways, on with the show:

Here`s Leader, packing on real bush now. Colas split at the top by herself, not sure if it was the stress or what, hence the overgrowth in the middle. Good stem structure though, gonna take to the Mainline well


And the Twins:


The one in the back is still my prediction for most dank, haha. Thing is going to go insane once the HIDs come into the mix in a couple weeks.

coming along nice. i am glad i have a seat for this.

i had 2 CK last year. 1 grew tall and the other was squat. i cloned the taller one for a second grow. i didnt top either and just lst the taller one.

the one i have now responded great to a topping and lst the 2 top branches until the 2 lower branches evened out.

I was hoping that link would eventually make it to this thread, haha, nice Coke.

Just went in to check the girls again and Leader was damn near dry, thing is drinking almost a full Litre every 2-3 days now. Will also be getting her transplant and some training by this weekend as I will be away in Vavncouver Sunday 14th - 18th. So stay tuned for the first round of mainlining with Leader !!
