Thank you! Used to get some piff in south jersey when it came down back around 2005 or so. Piff and strawberry haze both .7 for 20. Piff was always preferred when we had the money for the highs. My buddy back there starting getting what he calls piff again the last year or so, has a hint of the same terps but much larger kush type nuts.

Do you use the same clone in any of your work? Can you share any more about it, growing or otherwise does that cut express the frankincense terps?
Yes I used it in the Audubon purple cross! She’s a good one, definitely Carries the frankincense as well as a chemical almost embalming fluid/ pcp kind of smell! If you remember dark golden sticky batches that used to come around that’s her! She’s one of the longest flowering ones at 120 days minimum

It still exists.

It still looks shitty by today's standards...but for some unexplainable reason gets me higher than most other weed.....it has an addicting almost tropical smell to it like fruit but you cant pinpoint a specific fruit.

You get that in the taste....but oddly enough the best description ive heard is it tastes like mop water lol.

I hadnt seen this shit since 2008....i thought it was extinct until a local gifting service had it on the menu....didnt believe it was it until I got it.....i used to sell and smoke this everyday
It definitely still exist because I literally just picked some up and I’m a New Yorker living in south Jerz, and this definitely brings back memories that haze from dykman

kc Brains swears by his Brazilian sativas, he gave some to Shantibaba and Shanti used them to make white widow/black widow. I grew the bahia blackhead(Brazil sativa) and that convinced me to try more sativas in 2013.
I've seen KC Brains on Attitude for years, never tried them..I think they are the cheapest seeds for sale on that site, so I never really considered them before. I'm interested in these Brazilian Sativas though. What would be the strain of his to try? Also, does anyone know where to get good landrace seeds from Brazil?

I have Katsus uptown piff x platinum kush as well as some Piff Coast Farms Audubon golden haze x harlem dreams going outside right now. Both planted in July, the Katsu piff is probably about 2 weeks in flower right now. The PCF hasn't even shown preflower yet, although she is looking mature and alternating nodes. I was planning of having to finish them inside anyways but we'll see how far along the audubon purple is come october. After some research into the more pure haze/sativas is that they can take a long time to trigger flower, especially from seed. Since they are pretty close to the equatorial landraces that grow from seed close to 12/12 anyways its in the plants genes to grow for a few months before flowering no matter what. That the way to deal with that without having to keep the same potted plant for 4 months before a other 4 months+ of flower is to cut a clones along the way to start over. That way you can still have a manageable sized healthy 4 month old plant in some new shoes heading into the long flower and that it will trigger more quickly at that point as well. Pretty much helping manage the lead time it's going to take for that haze to trigger flower from seed.

Not a very efficient way to hunt if your space is limited but I'm excited, very unique stem rub on the audubon leaving your fingers sticky from a very early age. Definitely different smelling than any plant I've ever grown, smells like a leather scented car freshener.

I have a few clones in my tent which I'll likely clone again before turning the hid on when the Temps drop here. I'll probably flip my tent around December when the plant will be around 5 months old.

Try leda uno and bahia blackhead or brazilian kc for your brazilian. There are quite a few phenotypes in them but easy to find some standouts. Ive found excelent plants in a small amount of seeds in all of those, ones that i still miss to this day due to loss. Some good genetics in his stuff, try them im sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

Waste of time-never really nugged up and no THC-I threw the whole plant out. Dry sifted a full tray and no kief whatsoever. The Runtz clone I got from Purple City was EPIC, but this one didn't pan out.
Ouch. I am sorry to hear that but thanks for the honest review.

What's the origin of Strawberry Haze? It's not Arjan's Strawberry Haze by Greenhouse is it? I had Strawberry Haze at a party in The Heights in 06 and been looking for it ever since.

In 1999 or 2000 i lived in the Hudson Valley and one of my close friends was a serious stoner, the snobby type who knew every dealer around. We were talking on the porch of a pizza place i used to hang at, place was closed. He pulls out this little bag and says 'they call this stuff church, it's from the city'. I looked at it, small bright green nugs, nothing special. We smoked it and it was alright, but I always remembered that name and assumed it was The Church from Greenhouse Seeds once I heard the name again. I would think if Uptown Haze was called Church it was probably The Church, or at least some batches of it were.. no?

In 2005 I had a connection in New Paltz NY who was a college student and brought up pounds of Trainwreck and White Rhino from Long Island. I also had a girlfriend from jersey, years later (2009ish) and she had a dealer in the city named Vic Green. I saw him once, he had a large list of clientele, hired young kids with backpacks on bicycles to deliver. His menu was Super Silver Haze, Sour Diesel and something else I can't remember. Living where I did I always wondered if most of the weed was coming up from the city, down from Canada, or was grown locally. It was probably a mix... ahh those were the days.

Now I wouldn't hit a joint at a private party for pot snobs, the days of me trusting dealers and pot from who knows where is long gone. I don't even trust dispensaries. Its my own or the highway.. Screw you guys I'm going home..
