lady bugs keep dying

i have a small spider mite problem, i put a good 200 or so lady bugs in the first time, and they died almost within the hour. I put in 200 or so more the next evening, before the lights turned off, and the next morning there were tons of dead lady bugs in my canopy and only 20 or so walking around on my medium. How do i keep them alive long enough to eat these things???

My cab is 2ft x 1 1/2ft x 4ft tall. I have a 400w air cooled hps, my reflector is sealed and my temps stay between 74 and 78. My humidity is very low, somewhere between 10-30%... i don't know what's going wrong.

and once again, my spider mite infestation is small, the damage is minimal at most, i was more just trying to catch them at the pass...

talk to your source, most of these guys send off half dead lady bugs i had the same problem with bugs from hirts garden. I also heard that the lad bugs die naturally in summer so i wasn't sure what to think of it. i had a few wild lady bugs i put in my cab in winter and they lasted a week and i never sprayed my plants or anything they just lived cus they were healthy. if you ask me try to get a better source for ladybugs, i tried amazon's bugs and they arent any good, neem oil worked 20x better than those fucked up bugs did
