Leaf problems:( Twisting??

So heres the thing i got two plants growing the one is doing great but the other looks way weak....
does anyone know whats wrong with the plant if the leaves start twisting? they both in same soil and under the same lighting

My first time growing..help much appreciated

I hear twisting can come from nitrogen lack
