Leaves curling down at tips?

Okay so this is my first grow, and the leaves are curling down at the tips. I have read up about it and found out it was probablly heat stress from the lights or overdose of nitrogen.

I am using CFL's so I don't think it is heat stress because they have about 2 inches space between the plants and lights.

I am growing in MG Slow Fert Release soil. Till now this has worked perfectly and I didn't know why people "dis" it so much. I was wondering how do i flush MG nute soil? Is it even possible?

What else might cause the tips to curl downwards?

The leaves are also recently going quite droopy? Could this be apart of it aswell?

Thanks for your feedback guys :P

droopy leaves can be a sign of both over watering or under watering and over watering could be your problem?

Usually that's over watering if the leaves stay parallel, but the tips drop. If the leaf and stem drop, it's under watering.

If you are adding nutes to your soil you will need to flush. Period. Next time dont use miracle grow soil. U will notice a difference in the taste of your buds when you dont use it. Less harsh taste, better burn. Buy Pro-Mix Soil less Mix $4.95 a 20lb bag same thing as Fox Farms. Your lamps may be a little to close try 4-6 inches, I also grow with CFLS and none of mine are closer than 4 inches. Hope this helped.
