Led first time grow

started this legal indoor grow in Cali. This is my first time grow with LED's. At this point is purely for fun just to see how everything works out. Unfortunately time was not recorded but I know the rough estimates of when things began.

Using 2 Different USA Made LED's:
Tri-band = 632nm
Dual-band = 637nm

I tried using CHINA made lights worst idea ever. Nearly killed all my plants. For anyone considering using LED's Make sure you do your research.

Forgot to mention been running this set up for a while with no need for AC or any other typer of heat exhaust... More pics to come

there total power consumption is 90watts per UFO LED but puts out 400watts. So my setup is 4 Lights per 5x5x6.5 room so its equivalent to having 1600 watts in a 5x5 box. as far as power bills its only increased by a few dollars less than $5 a month.

the next set of pictures will show how well these work. You can expect your plants to grow an inch or more each day with proper setup.

Strains are A-Train, Destroyer, KC Plutonium, Strawberry Haze, Blue Moonshine and Blue Himalaya. Pictures above^ are of week 7 of veg + or - a day. Will switch to flowering at the end of the week.

did your plants start off real bushy and did you trim them ? mine just sarted there sixth week veg in 3 gal pots 4 plants soil two 90w ufo leds and one 400w mh only 8-10'" tall now but very dens huge fan leaves. gonna go 8 weeks veg then switch to flower two femal wappas and two bagseed wappas are starting to show hairs now others not sure yet lights are on 18/6 as well only water once every 5-7 days does that seem right ? they never look dry .

yup i had to trim them a bit they were getting too dense and not going as vertical as i wanted. what kind of UFO's do you have?? Link?? ive observed premature flowering and crazy burning on fan leaves from LED's with improper spectrum. id just do the finger test to see if your soil is dryer than it looks. if the plants are looking good them I wouldn't be too worried.

cool thanks u trim just the fan leaves? they are tri band ufos bought on line off cl 630 red orange and blue paid just over 300 for both brand new in box super bright . low budget so went with those and then came across a 400 mh/hps for under 100 on the same site used one time . so i started with seeds all cracked put in just dirt the first ten days then got ffof and 6" pots put them in there for about three weeks then went to 3 gal pots . they started in just led for the first three weeks then added the mh and use ufos as side light now . add ff nutes after two weeks in 6" pots then every other water so far 1 tsp per gallon just added big bloom last water. have two clones off each plant as well under dome in same room just water the first 7 days then in ffof they are only on day 8 now. just made a home made co2 two days ago and man that really helped water sugar yeast. my camera just broke so no pics for me but soon i hope . thanks again any help is always great.
