Mate what led light are you using? If you don't mind me asking. I wonder because I use led from seed to harvest all different strains never had this issue.

It's not worth starting a new thread but I'm looking for any reason/opinions why I shouldn't go ahead?
Trying to make do with cfl and low power led has made the plants stretch, one plant must have 4" between nodes lol.

I'm not in a rush for them at all, the mothers are still flowering (nearly done) they might well be crap or not worthy of a mother but I need to keep the veg going until I can decide what's being kept.

You can see vegitive growth has returned when they get going it'll be too much.
My plan is to acclimatise them to the light for another 7/10 days then give them a heavy crop?
By the time they recover with a nice new canopy I'll have tested the mothers and I'll have a better idea of what's happening... What do you think?

They're still looking good today so I've lowered the light by around 6" I didn't increase the power it's still at 50%.

They were to leggy and and at various heights so I've given a rough crop and leveled the canopy.

They're still looking fine the light is 30" from the tips at 50% and i've also put a tube heater in it now 24.5/25c-76/77f I think?

Can someone please just confirm I don't use 100% power in veg only when flowering?
It's a 1x1mtr 240w

That is right to a point it is not the power of the light that flower it is the time of light that flowers your plant so your light has a dimmer or switches as always thank you for your time and the best of luck in all of your endeavors

I'm in for trouble and don't know wtf is causing it, I don't think it's light bleaching but Idk?
It's only appeared over the last 2/3 day?
As an observation the plants look a bit lighter in colour almost limey green rather than proper leaf green?

Temps 24/5c
55/62 rh%
50% 30"
18/6 hrs 19/20c dark 60/62%.

What do you think?

Oops forget to add I cropped them again for a 2nd time 3/4 days ago?

Something else I've noticed and find odd, the clones that started out under led look healthy the clones that went from cft to led aren't picking up even though they're 7/10 days rooted?

I can tell it's working but I don't know about properly, it does draw the correct wattage but I can't seem to coax any decent growth out of it.
My patience is wearing thin I'm getting near putting in the 250w mh but I hate being defeated lol.

just run the 250. MH is a great veg spectrum
Absolutely i agree, but I've seen some very nice veg and flowering with led,s, I was hoping for a dimmable veg light as a stop gap from T5s and the 250w mh, the led has that same white/blue light colour spectrum there's no reason it shouldn't work well ?

plants don't care what your eyes think , id switch to just end the headache , better node stack and longer accepted gold standard spectrum for how many years now?

I almost did a couple of days ago I only held off because I'd cropped them for a 2nd time and hoping that was the cause, though knowing deep down it's not.

I know plants don't care what my eyes think but 4k is 4k both my mh and led are 4k the mh maybe 4.5k?

B is for veg growth and more absorbed drastically closer to the 450nm range then 400
I've not researched deeply I've only scratched the surface but you can get mh up to10k, given the option what k would you choose?
I normally just go buy a replacement brand name like sylvania or osram which afaik are generally between 4/5k.
