I have a 260W QB and have been experimenting with running my lights further away at higher power to increase tent temps, just wanting to see if anyone knows the optimal lux for each stage of growth?
I found this info in a reddit post, but can't find anything else to support it.
Seedling: 15,000 lux
Veg: 45,000 lux
Flower: 80,000 lux
This would be specific to LEDs.
